1. I would like a SHAPE NOT SEEN ON THE WEBSITE, is it available?
For the Imagine Line and the S-Series Line - If you can draw it, we can cut it! We have an art department that is ready
to work with you as well as thousands of stock designs that are ready to be cut into acrylic. For traditional wood and
stone plaques you may view all the shapes and styles here on the website.

2. I see a shape that is perfect, but I would like it ON A BASE, is that possible?
Yes, for all acrylic shapes shown on our site, all may be placed on a base for an additional cost. The base is black
acrylic and will create a look as shown in our S-Series Acrylic awards.

3. How do I PLACE AN ORDER?
If you have any questions, or if you are ready to place your order, just give your distributor a call.  If you do not have a
distributor
you may select one from our site, or using your local resources.

4. Will I be able to see a FREE ARTWORK PROOF via EMAIL OR FAX?
We will email or fax to you a paper proof of the information and shape of your awards prior to their entering
production. So, be sure to review your proof promptly and carefully – what you see is what will cut and laser!  When
your signed artwork is sent back as approved, or email approval confirmation is given, (or either as approved with
changes and changes are indicated) the awards will be cut or sent to the laser.

5. What ART FORMATS are acceptable?
Acceptable art formats are Adobe Illustrator or an art created in an .eps format.

6. What is the STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME?
After you place your order an order confirmation will be sent to you. Then, if applicable, after receipt of your artwork in
an ACCEPTABLE ART FORMAT, the art department will create an artwork that will be submitted via free paper proof
for your approval. Once approval is received standard production time can take 7 to 15 business days; this varies
based on current production schedules and job quantities.

We can only begin production after we receive your signed proof approval.

If you have a specific “need by’” date, simply call and we always are here to work with you. Once shipped, actual
delivery time is determined by the shipping method selected and the shipping destination. All orders are made in the
USA and shipped FOB from Holtsville, New York.

7. Is RUSH SERVICE available?
You bet! Standard production time is 10 working days after you approve your proof (for larger quantities please call),
If you would like Rush Service, it is available for an additional charge based on the order quantity and how soon you
need the awards. Please call for a rush service quote. As a reminder, to ensure your delivery date is met be sure to
approve your proof promptly since we are not able to begin production until we receive your approval.

8. Is there a MINIMUM QUANTITY?
The S-Series and wood/stone plaques have a One Piece Minimum. The Imagine Line Awards have a 10 piece
minimum; less than 10 pieces is available with a $35(g) less than minimum charge.

9. Do you offer QUANTITY DISCOUNTS?
Yes! All our products offer quantity discounts. The Imagine Line prices are available on-line as a PDF document by
clicking here. For the S-Series, Wood and Stone Plaques, please call for pricing details.

10. Do you offer a PRINTED CATALOG?
Printed Catalogs + Images are available.

11. Can you tell me HOW TO SEARCH THE WEBSITE FOR A SHAPE?
We have three product lines displayed on-line. There are four ways to view a product.  
  1.        You may click the large image on the home page to view a full product line.
  2.        You may click the product line name on the left side of each page.  
  3.        You may click the upper right corner of the home page and search by a specific shape.  
  4.        You may click a category on the left side of each page for all awards sorted by shape or style.

12. What is the MECHANICAL MAKE-READY CHARGE?
This covers preparing the machines and materials for cutting and the lasering by the machines in the factory. All
related costs are covered under this one item.

13. Can you LASER ENGRAVE MY LOGO onto acrylic or wood?
99.9% of the time – you bet! Just email your distributor an image of your logo.

14. Can you LASER CUT AN ACRYLIC SHAPE of my logo on an Imagine Line or S-Series award?
99.9% of the time – you bet! Just email your distributor an image of your logo.


Packing and Shipping:

15. Do you DROP-SHIP?
Yes, we can ship to any location, as well as to multiple destinations.

For International Shipping documentation needed for shipping must be supplied prior to shipping date.

16. If my items arrive damaged (very rare) what is the CLAIM PROCEDURE?
All shipments are insured by the shipping company. Should freight damage occur, it is required that you notify
customer service within 36 hours or less from the delivery time and date.

All claims
must be accompanied with all original packing materials in order to be submitted as a claim to the insurance
company. The shipping company will return to pick-up all original packaging and products involved in the claim. If
these aspects are not precisely followed, a claim will not be accepted by the freight company and the full payment for
the products and the shipping will not be able to refunded and will remain the customers responsibility.

17. Do you offer GIFT BOXES?
In general, all awards are packaged in individual durable corro-mailer packages. We do also offer white gift boxes
secured with a thin gold band for the Imagine Line awards up to 20 square inches at a cost of $1.25(g). Or, if you
have a specific packaging need, simply contact us, we are always available to work with you to create your perfect
award.
